Do you think Robin is a girl or boy name?
My name is Robin!! And I am a girl. I think it is better as a girl name but it can be either. And it does NOT mean "bird," you guys!! Duh. It means "famed" "bright" and "shining".

Reply:generally to boys. it is the parent's decision to call her girl as Robin. i think it is a bird's name.
Reply:I think it can be used for either but I associate it with girls more because I had a friend name Robin in high school. I'm pretty sure it refers to the bird of the same name.
