It's too silly. I don't like it.
Reply:If you want a different type of David, why don't you have it pronounced Dah-veed, but still spell it David, just in case your son doesn't like Dah-veed.

Reply:It's not a real name and no male should be tortured with a name that has a y on the end of it. You do realize that a grown man will have to use this name at some point?
