pron. ay-mon
What do you think of it? Would you ever use it? What middle names do you think flow well %26amp;sound good with Eamon?
Thanks!
What do you think of the boy name Eamon?
What do you think of it? It's better without the E because 90% will say E-mon..maybe Aymon.
Would you ever use it? Not my style, no.
What middle names do you think flow well %26amp;sound good with Eamon? Eamon Luke, Eamon Sean, Eamon Bradley.
Reply:I like it. It's a good option for parents who like the sound of Aidan, Owen, and Evan but want something a little different. I think it would generally be well-received, since it fits in with several current naming trends. (It's Irish, and it's a two-syllable N-ender.)
I'd pair it with a slightly more familiar middle name. It probably sounds best with one that doesn't end in N. If the last name will be two syllables, try to pick a middle that is not also two syllables (to avoid monotony). I tend to feel the best middles are those that have some significance to you, but Eamon sounds good with lots of things:
Eamon Alexander
Eamon Oliver
Eamon Alistair
Eamon Christopher
Eamon Julius
Eamon Malachy
Eamon Nathaniel
Eamon Edward
Eamon Thomas
Eamon Philip
Eamon Davis
Eamon Wesley
Eamon Bradley
Eamon Joseph
Eamon Daniel
Eamon Samuel
Eamon Jude
Eamon Joel
Hope this helps!
Reply:I don't like it...but it would be good if it was followed with annn extremely cute middle name or as a follow uppp to a beautiful first name. Again, I would use it as a middle or a first name.....as long as the other name sounds gorgeous.
Eamon Laszlo
Eamon Peter
Eamon Luis
Eamon Sancho
Eamon Enrique
Eamon Carl
Eamon Birger
Eamon Olif
Eamon Oystein
Eamon Harold
Eamon Hakon
Eamon Hans
Eamon Gorm
Eamon Alfred
Reply:Honestly? Not crazy about it.
I went to school, from kindergarten up w/a boy named Eamon (pronounced Ee-mon) and he was hated and teased by 98% of the kids. So the name reminds me of him. Sorry.
Reply:Sorry I don't Like it It sounds wierd.I don't think it's a good name, you would get teased at my school with a name like that.
Reply:I love Eamon, but prefer it with two ns. Eamonn.
I used to have it with Daniel - Eamonn Daniel. Then I tried Eamonn Ignatius, which I like even better, but I'm still playing around myself!
Good luck!
